Generally I like Speedway. However I have instances when the requested service has not been completely performed. For instance, on 4/1 I had my 2003 Silverado truck in for lub and oil service plus removal of a mouse nest from the heating ducting. After the truck was delivered back to me and I drove home I noticed there was no heat coming out of the heat vents. At home I checked to see that the heater core was warm and the in/out water hoses were hot, and they were. I have had to scheduled another service visit for 4/14 to fix the problem. I do need to get this fixed especially in the morning and on cold days when I need defrosters and cabin heat.

Sierra is such a good person to check in and out with. She always has a smile. The new video that was sent to me by the service guys was really great. Out Tahoe is used for towing and long trips so it is good to get that reassurance that everything checks out alright. If something was wrong, i would get a visual of what the problem is. No communication on the status of my vehicle. For the backup camera, they couldn't find the problem and proposed replacing it with a wireless model; I requested they contact Jayco to see if they knew of any issues with the backup camera. It turns out they did, a chronic problem with a wire being broken under the dash. When picking up the RV, the warranty didn't include 4 of 5 items, including the backup camera. Terrible warranty sold to me by Speedway......

It is great to have a service shuttle available for those times when the service takes longer than 2 hours. Chrissy was a great driver: friendly and focused on the safe driving. Shuttle vehicle was clean and comfortable. Nate at the service desk got me checked in quickly and was apologetic when things went a little longer than requested. Car was washed and better than I left it with the team. The value of getting service done at Speedway Chevrolet will be seen in the long run, they have a history with the vehicle and that matters to me. I came in for two new FOBs for my Colorado. It cost $700 for those FOBs, a little spendy. When I called to make the appt, I was given a price of $193 per FOB. At the dealership I was told they were $249. I dislike this type of disceptation and I will not be going back. Speedway Chevrolet never used to be like that, but I guess that's how you make enough money to buy another dealership, you rip customers off.

I came to your Monroe dealership as I had an average, at best, experience with the Bellevue Chevrolet dealership. I'm a first time Chevy owner coming from Audi, Mercedes, and Rivian. I still own the Audis and Rivian but I have to say, I've had a great experience between all three. At Monroe, I had the pleasure of meeting Trent and he discussed what I'd need to service my Silverado ZR2, as I'm new to the brand, and he was able to help me navigate what I didn't need. In addition, I had a coolant leak from my 1 year old truck where so many dealerships pressure test and don't find anything but Trent and his service tech saw it visually and was able to get it into a warranty service, no questions asked. Couple of things I'm worried about: door dings when I leave my vehicle, whether they can reinstall my front clip without issue or misalignment (I've had this at Audi although they rectified it immediately), and curb rash on my black wheels. Have to say, my worries were unwarranted. Someone, somewhere, please get us more Trents and their service techs at Speedway Chevrolet. I'd put them up against the luxe brands any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Before the worked started, service advisor said the book time was 1.5 hours, but that it would take up to 3 hours. I was OK with that. The work took nearly 6 hours. I was told the switch couldn't go next to the parking brake, where the instructions stated it would go, and that the switch was being moved to another location in the center section. I have been working in the field for a week and the location they put it is unsafe to turn on/off.

To date, this particularly and most unique vehicle purchase was and is the ultimate! From 2015 forward, we, as, respectively, John Hurley and Gary Willhite, have now proudly purchased four vehicles at Lee Johnson's Speedway Chevrolet in Monroe Washington. Therefore, to define why this most recent purchase of December 30th and 31st 2025 was the finest vehicle purchase of all. Salesperson Tom Truex can absolutely be classified as premier on all counts amid a purchasing experience--where intuitiveness, perception, sensitivity, care, knowledge and prompt delivery are to be noted. "Tom" went above and beyond the 'norm' to meet our particular as well as exceptional needs. Never, at any time, did Salesperson Tom, either debate or further question any of the terms of that we presented to him--if an unexpected by us--purchase could be possibly be executed. In communication mediums, i.e. Cell and Text, Tom presented us an opportunity to enhance our driving experience of that would be next to unbelievable. As, amid such communications, being of that, we were upon the final day of a Holiday Season Vacation, Tom's expressions were so enticingly favorable, we hastened our final day of such vacation, to--safely, of course--speed our way to Speedway Chevrolet, Monroe Washington. Upon our arrival, we were ever so graciously greeted by Salesperson Tom. Enthusiastically, Tom guided us out onto the sales lot to view the vehicle in consideration. Of the three choices in model--i.e. 2026 Chevrolet TRAX ACTIVs--he immediately sensed which one would captivatingly capture our favors--by insightfulness of its color--White Sand (appearing to us as Taupe--one of our absolute favorite colors). Tom graced us immediately the opportunity, with trust, in allowing us to become familiar with the new vehicle (having only four miles upon it), by taking it for a test drive. As a result, we fell in material love with the 2026 Chevrolet TRAX ACTIV. As the hour was becoming late, to further a purchase, it would be continued--favorably--into the following day (New Year's Eve). Considerably early for a salesperson, Tom phoned us before 10:00 a.m. that morning. Hence, we 'threw' ourselves together, and, in our 2022 TRAX LT, drove out to Speedway Chevrolet. Again, we were ever so graciously greeted by Tom, of whom, proactively, readied the 2026 White Sand (Taupe to us) TRAX ACTIV--fully loaded with amenities, by the way--to include a filling up its gas tank! From this point, upon Tom's, again, exceptional proactiveness, upon each step--to include finalization of financing with a most pleasant gentleman Financer Damon--Tom acquainted us with all aspects of this new vehicle. In addition, Tom aided us in setting up our cell phone to the 2026 TRAX ACTIV's electronic system, as well as to connect us with OnStar--both elements to total fulfillment! To conclude, Tom took a couple of very fine 'pics' of us, standing alongside our proud purchase--once again, made possible by Salesperson extraordinaire Tom Truex. As a 'side note' of expression, Service Manager Travis, visited us in the show room, with a initial care inquiry--having recognized our 2022 TRAX LT. At a point--roughly a year ago, we, per the 2022 TRAX LT--in conversation with Travis--has thought of that such TRAX might have been our last vehicle purchase--due to maturity. Hence, upon sharing how this present sale occurred, Travis expressed most positive accolades where Salesperson Tom was concerned, and was complimentary upon our accepting such a fine opportunity! In conclusion, on 'all' aspects, in sensitivity, Speedway Chevrolet is the ultimate in attentiveness as well as genuine care!

Poor recall management. Received email noting an urgent recall with instructions to book a service appointment immediately. I did. Upon arrival, they inspected my vehicle, then told me they needed to order the part and it would take a week to arrive. Complete waste of my time and time off work to come in just to reconfirm I need the part. If it's a recall, shouldn't you have the part on hand and ready to go? Now I have to take MORE time off work when the part finally arrives.
