• Rebate Stacking: The Instant Rebate can be used with federal rebates and available manufacturer discounts if applicable.
• New and Used EVs: The Instant Rebate can be applied to the purchase/lease of a new Chevrolet Blazer EV or Equinox EV , AND with the purchase of a used or Certified Pre-Owned EV that is from 2016 or newer.
• Only Full EVs: Only full battery Electric Vehicles qualify; hybrid vehicles are excluded.
• Instant Rebate: The rebate is applied directly during the purchase or leasing process.

Eligibility

Washington State residents with a household income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level, which is $45,180 annually for a single resident, are eligible for the rebate. Additionally, residents enrolled in one of the listed programs down below also qualify. To get the rebate at the time of purchase, you must sign a "Customer Eligibility Form Customer Eligibility Form .

Q: What should I bring with me when I’m ready to purchase/lease an EV?

A: You will just need to complete the Customer Eligibility Form and provide a copy of your Washington State Drivers License. Please note that all addresses must match (Drivers License, Customer Eligibility Form, Sales/Lease Agreement and Vehicle Registration).

Q: Do I need to sign-up for the program before coming to Speedway?

A: Nope! There is no need to register or sign-up before coming in to purchase or lease your new or used car. If you want to fill out the Customer Eligibility Form beforehand and bring it with you, you are more than welcome to, but our Chevrolet sales staff are more than happy to help you through the process.

Q: Is the tax calculated before or after applying the WA EV Instant Rebate?

A: The tax is calculated on the price of the EV before any rebates are applied.

Q: If the EV I’m buying/leasing also has a Federal EV Rebate, does it still qualify for the WA EV Instant Rebate?

A: Yes! The Washington State EV Instant Rebate can be combined with Federal and Manufacturer Rebates when applicable.

Q: Does it matter where the EV was manufactured? Are all EV models eligible?

A: All fully electric models with an MSRP less than $90,000 are eligible for the WA EV Instant Rebate. Hybrid and PHEV vehicles do not qualify. However, not all models that are eligible for the Instant Rebate will be eligible for the IRA Federal Tax Credit.
